We are looking for a Dock Service Agent who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of loading and unloading processes. In this role, it is essential to ensure that all goods move efficiently and safely through the loading dock and that the needs of customers and suppliers are met professionally and accurately.
The Dock Service Agent works closely with the warehouse, logistics team, and drivers to coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods. The agent must also monitor safety compliance and ensure that all operations meet company standards.
A successful candidate is organized, has good communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Physical endurance is also required, as the job may involve moving heavy items and standing for long periods. Previous experience in logistics is an advantage but not mandatory – we provide on-site training.
